LOS ANGELES, CA  [Friday Mar.24.2006]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Jon Bon Jovi makes a special guest appearance this Sunday on NBC's "The West Wing."

The rock star will portray himself on the March 26th episode of the Emmy-winning drama. During the show, Jon lends his support to the presidential campaign of democratic candidate Matt Santos (played by Jimmy Smits).

Sunday's "West Wing" episode is called "Welcome to Wherever You Are," and it takes its name from a song Jon wrote for Bon Jovi's latest album, "Have a Nice Day." Jon performs a portion of the song on the show.

"The West Wing" airs Sundays at 8:00 pm ET/PT on NBC. Check your local listings for additional details.
