LOS ANGELES, CA  [Wednesday Jan.18.2006]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Weezer fans can look forward to a live DVD from the band sometime this year.

According to Weezer.com, Weezer plans to release a live DVD in 2006. Footage has already been gathered and is currently being put together, though no release date has yet been set.

The DVD will feature footage from Weezer's December 2005 tour of Japan.

This will be Weezer's first-ever live DVD.
