NEW YORK, NY  [Friday Jan.13.2006]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Mr. Blackwell has released his annual "Worst Dressed" list, and Mariah Carey and Britney Spears are on it.

A former designer, Blackwell has been holding celebrities accountable for their fashion crimes for the last 46 years. His list not only includes the names of the "Worst Dressed" but also contains stinging criticisms that often rhyme.

Among those to make the list is singer Mariah Carey, reports the Associated Press. Blackwell had this to say about Mimi's fashion sense: "The world applauds your musical emancipation - but please leave that body to our imagination."

Jessica Simpson, Shakira, Lindsay Lohan, and Paris Hilton were some of the other celebrities to make the Worst Dressed list.

But the worst fashion offender in Mr. Blackwell's eyes is Britney Spears, who Blackwell refers to as a "Tacky Terror." Blackwell also describes Britney's fashion style "over-the-hill Lolita."
