BOSTON, MA  [Friday Jan.6.2006]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Howie Day is due in court this March to face charges that he interfered with a flight crew.

Last month, Day was arrested for rowdy behavior after landing at Boston's Logan International Airport, reports MTV.com. It's alleged that during an in-bound flight to Boston, the singer-songwriter became intoxicated after mixing alcohol and a sleeping pill.

Day plead innocent during his arraignment on December 23rd, and he was released on personal recognizance. Day will be back in court on March 16th to face the charges.
