LAS VEGAS, NV  [Monday Nov.21.2005]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Green Day, R. Kelly, Toby Keith, and current American Idol champ Carrie Underwood will perform at the 2005 Billboard Music Awards.

During the program, Kanye West will be presented with the Artist Achievement Award, which he is receiving for his accomplishments as a rapper and producer.

FOX will broadcast the 2005 Billboard Music Awards live from Las Vegas' MGM Grand on December 6th.
