LOS ANGELES, CA  [Thursday Oct.27.2005]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Missy Elliott and Snoop Dogg are among the artists set to appear at this year's Spike TV Video Game Awards.

The third annual Video Game Awards show will be taped November 18th at Los Angeles' Gibson Amphitheater and premieres on Spike TV on December 10th at 9:00 pm, ET/PT.

Along with Missy Elliott and Snoop, other artists scheduled to appear at the event include the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Ozzy Osbourne and Xzibit. Actor Samuel L. Jackson will host the show.

50 Cent scored nominations for Best Performance By A Human - Male and Best Original Song for his work on "Bulletproof" from Vivendi Universal Games. Bedingfield is up for Best Supporting Female Performance for her role in the Electronic Arts game, "James Bond 007: From Russia With Love."
