HOLLYWOOD, CA  [Friday Sep.23.2005]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Next year, Billie Joe Armstrong will be heard in theatres across America.

The Green Day frontman is voicing a character in the stop-motion animated film, "Live Freaky! Die Freaky!" In the pop culture satire, Armstrong provides the voice for a character obsessed with Charles Manson.

Other rockers making up the "Live Freaky! Die Freaky!" cast include Green Day's Tre Cool and Mike Dirnt, and members of Blink 182, the Transplants and Good Charlotte.

"Live Freaky! Die Freaky!" is a film by John Roecker and is set for release in early 2006.
