HOLLYWOOD, CA  [Wednesday Sep.7.2005]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Mariah Carey, Destiny's Child and the Killers were among the winners at this year's World Music Awards held last week in Hollywood, California.

Carey, who performed at the show, was a triple winner, taking home awards for Best-Selling Pop Female Artist, Best-Selling R&B Artist and Female Entertainer of the Year.

Destiny's Child also scored three trophies including Best-Selling Pop Group, Best-Selling R&B Group, and World's Best-Selling Girl Group of All Time.

Meanwhile, the Killers received the Best-Selling New Group honor.

Other WMA winners include U2, Gwen Stefani, Eminem, Usher, 50 Cent and the Rolling Stones.
