BATON ROUGE, LA  [Wednesday Aug.31.2005]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- 3 Doors Down will continue on its current headlining tour throughout the fall, according to the band's official web site.

The band recently announced that it will extend its tour in support of the album "Seventeen Days." Dates have been added beginning with a September 29th show in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and running through November 9th, when 3 Doors Down plays Columbus, Georgia.

Among the cities that 3 Doors Down will visit in October and November are Selma, TX; Tulsa, OK; Spring, TX; Universal City; CA; Phoenix, AZ; Las Vegas, NV; Evansville, IN; Louisville, KY; Toledo, OH; Cincinnati, OH and Chattanooga, TN.

Tickets for some shows are already on sale now through Ticketmaster outlets, while others go on sale in September.

Shinedown and Alter Bridge will provide support for the added dates.
