INDIANAPOLIS, IN  [Friday May.27.2005]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- 3 Doors Down will help kick off the Indianapolis 500 this Sunday, May 29.

The Mississippi rockers are set to take part in pre-race festivities for the 89th Indy 500 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Before and during driver introductions, 3 Doors Down will perform "Let Me Go" from its latest album "Seventeen Days" and the hit "Kryptonite" off the band's debut disc, "The Better Life."

According to the Indy 500's official Web site, 3 Doors Down's performance will air in more than 200 countries.
