Fantasia to Stylemakers 2005 benefit for autism.
HOLLYWOOD, CA [Monday May.23.2005] /Mix103FM.com/ -- On Thursday, May 26, Fantasia will give a special performance at the Life & Style Magazine's Stylemakers 2005 fundraising event in Hollywood.
Life & Style Magazine has joined with the charity organization the Clothes Off Our Back Foundation for the first annual Stylemakers "Clothes Off Our Back" Fundraising benefit.
The evening not only features a live performance by Fantasia, but also includes a celebrity gown runway show and charity auction that includes dresses worn by Fantasia, Joss Stone, Jennifer Garner, Virginia Madsen, Tyra Banks, Minnie Driver, Sharon Stone and more. Auction proceeds go to the Cure Autism Now Foundation.
To kick off the evening, Fantasia will entertain the audience with songs from her platinum debut album, "Free Yourself."
Clothes Off Our Back was founded by actors and philanthropists Jane Kaczmarek ("Malcolm In The Middle") and Bradley Whitford ("The West Wing") whose efforts, along with their celebrity friends and auction participants, have helped spread awareness and improve the lives of children across the globe.
