LOS ANGELES, CA  [Tuesday May.3.2005]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Weezer releases its new album "Make Believe" next Tuesday (May 10), but the band has already been playing the songs for fans on its recently launched tour.

The tour's North American leg kicked off on April 26 in Vancouver and runs through May 14, when Weezer plays The Tabernacle in Atlanta. Pop-rock band Ringside opens the North American dates.

In June, Weezer heads to Europe for two-weeks' worth of shows before returning to the States on July 2 for the Las Vegas 100th Birthday Bash with the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Weezer is also scheduled to play Lollapalooza in Chicago on July 23.
