LOS ANGELES, CA  [Wednesday Apr.27.2005]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Keane is getting ready to launch a North American tour in May but, before hitting the road, the band stops by "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" tomorrow, April 28.

The Tonight Show performance will be a warm-up for Keane, who plays the Coachella Music Festival in Indio, California this Saturday, April 30.

On May 2, the band officially dives into its headlining theatre tour beginning in Phoenix, Arizona. The road trip lasts a month-and-a-half before winding down in Grand Prairie, Texas on June 18. Then Keane returns to Europe, where the trio is scheduled to play a number of music festivals including Scotland's sold-out T in The Park.

In August, Keane climbs aboard U2's Vertigo Tour in Europe. The "Somewhere Only We Know" band is slated to open four shows for Bono and company in Portugal, Spain, France and Germany.

Keane is on the road to support its debut album "Hopes and Fears."
