HOUSTON, TX  [Tuesday Apr.5.2005]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Jack Johnson will embark on a 7-week North American tour beginning August 1 in Houston, Texas. He'll be joined by special guests Matt Costa and The Animal Liberation Orchestra (ALO). Johnson hasn't toured the US since last summer and, right now, the singer-songwriter is wrapping up his tour of Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to his solo tour in the States, Johnson will play a number of music festivals later this month, including Hawaii's Kokua Festival, the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival and the Beale Street Music Festival in Memphis.
