LOS ANGELES, CA  [Friday Mar.11.2005]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Jet, the Cure, Travis, Butch Walker and Hooverphonic are among the bands contributing songs to the new Touchstone Pictures film, "A Lot Like Love." The romantic comedy stars Ashton Kutcher and Amanda Peet and is scheduled to land in theatres April 22.

MTV.com reports that the first single to be released from the "A Lot Like Love" soundtrack comes from a new British band called Aqualung. The song is called "Brighter Than Sunshine" and can be heard in the film's trailers. The soundtrack arrives in stores April 12.
