STUDIO CITY, CA  [Friday Jan.21.2005]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Ashlee Simpson recently purchased her first home, and she says she's having a great time at her new pad. Simpson bought a house in Studio City, California, and she shares it with two friends.

Simpson tells MTV Europe, "It's so much fun. We've been decorating it and everything, it's kinda got like a retro vibe. Hopefully when I'm home next month, I'll be able to do some work around the house. I am the messiest in the house, by far. My girlfriends are messy, too, but I win. I take the cake!"
