BOSTON, MA  [Wednesday Jan.5.2005]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- On January 14, Gavin DeGraw will serenade the Boston Celtics and their fans when he takes center court to perform a song during halftime. Following the match-up between the Celtics and the Altanta Hawks at Boston's Fleet Center, DeGraw will perform an exclusive concert for the fans.

This isn't the first time DeGraw has joined forces with the Boston Celtics. In early October, he also headlined Celtics forward Walter McCarty's I Love Music Foundation benefit concert.
