ATLANTA, GA  [Thursday Dec.23.2004]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Christmas came early to 1,200 needy children in Atlanta last week, when Nelly and Jermaine Dupri became real-life Santas. AllHipHop.com reports that the two rappers purchased around $10,000 worth of toys for "Atlanta's Biggest Christmas Party." Nelly and Dupri hosted the event and also handed out more than 3,000 toys to the kids in attendance.

Dupri told AllHipHop.com, "I feel that it's a must we take care of our kids. They see more bad stuff than good and I am just happy that I can give back like this."
