Keane ready to start work on next album.
LONDON, UK [Thursday Dec.9.2004] /Mix103FM.com/ -- Keane is heading back to the studio. The British trio plans to begin work on its next album sometime around Christmas, reports NME.com. The album is the follow-up to Keane's debut, "Hopes and Fears."
While on the road touring the US and UK this year, Keane pianist Tim Rice-Oxley has been working on some songs which the band hopes to complete during the studio sessions.
During the group's recent UK tour, Keane performed three new tracks called "Hamburg Song," "Nothing In Your Way" and "On A Day Like Today."
Rumor has it that Keane will work on the album at East Sussex's Heliocentric Studios. The band also recorded "Hopes and Fears" at this studio.
