NEW YORK, NY  [Thursday Dec.9.2004]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Destiny's Child helped honor fashion designer Roberto Cavalli on Monday night at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art. MTV reports that Beyonce, Kelly and Michelle performed an acapella version of the Christmas carol, "Carol of the Bells" at the event. Cavalli is sponsoring a new exhibit at the Costume Institute called "Wild: Fashion Untamed."

The ladies of Destiny's Child called Cavalli's style "elegant," "chic" and "so beautiful." They also praised the designer's generosity.

Plenty of other celebrities also attended the event including Alicia Keys, Lenny Kravitz, Julianne Moore, Serena Williams and Mischa Barton.
