The band will play a song from its best-selling album, "The Beautiful Letdown." Rapper Snoop Dogg will also guest on the program. Snoop Dogg is promoting his just-released album, "R&G: (Rhythm & Gangsta) The Masterpiece."

Switchfoot fans should also mark their calendars for December 1, when MTV airs the episode of Nokia presents Hard Rock Live featuring Switchfoot. The show starts at 8:00 pm ET/PT on MTV.
