NEW YORK, NY  [Thursday Oct.28.2004]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Lenny Kravitz has the toilet bowl blues.

The rocker is being sued by a neighbor for water damage allegedly caused by a backed-up toilet in Kravitz's SOHO apartment. According to the New York Times, the neighbor wants $333,849 to cover damages.

The lawsuit was filed by the neighbor's insurance company and claims Kravitz allowed the toilet to overflow, causing "catastrophic" damage. The suit also claims the water damage occurred due to Kravitz's "negligence and carelessness" and that the singer and guitarist let the toilet "become blocked, clogged and congested with various materials."

Kravitz's New York-based representative did not respond to the Times' request for comment.
