DETROIT, MI  [Tuesday Oct.12.2004]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Ashlee Simpson will be in Detroit this Thanksgiving to help out with a charity fundraiser.

ClickOnDetroit.com reports that Ashlee is taking part in The Parade Company's 15th annual Hob Nobble Gobble, a black-tie fundraiser that helps support America's Thanksgiving Parade and other family events in the Detroit area.

The Hob Nobble Gobble takes place on Wednesday, November 24, from 6 to 10 pm, at the Michigan State Fairgrounds. The event includes live entertainment, carnival rides, games, giveaways and a buffet. Tickets range from $1,000 for a SuperStar reservation and $500 for a patron reservation, to $350 for a benefit reservation and $200 for a child's ticket.
