LOS ANGELES, CA  [Friday Oct.8.2004]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- It's only October, but Christmas is in the air for Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey. The famous newlyweds are filming a Christmas-themed variety special this week, which airs December 10 on ABC. Multi-platinum artist Ashlee Simpson will join her sister and brother-in-law in the merry-making -- the "Pieces of Me" singer will be a guest on the show.

Ashlee also makes a special appearance on Jessica's new Christmas CD. During the month of October and November, fans can pick up a copy of "Jessica Simpson: A Special Limited Edition Christmas Collection" for $7.99 at 7-Eleven convenience stores. The CD features Ashlee and Jessica singing their first-ever recorded duet together.
