First, tune in to MTV's TRL show today, September 20, to see a live performance from Ashlee. Tomorrow morning, September 21, catch her on "Regis and Kelly." Ashlee will be singing "Shadow," the second single off her top-selling debut album, "Autobiography."

The following night, September 22, stay up late to watch the pop singer on NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno."
