ST. LOUIS, MO  [Monday Aug.9.2004]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Ferris wheels, cotton candy, cows, crafts and the band Switchfoot all come together at the 2004 Missouri State Fair in Sedalia, Missouri. The San Diego band will perform at the Pepsi Grandstand on Thursday, August 19. The Los Angeles quintet Earshot opens for Switchfoot.

Tickets can be purchased from Ticketmaster and cost from $15.00 to $22.00, plus any applicable handling fees. Prices do not include fair admission. Tickets can also be purchased at the State Fair Pepsi Grandstand Ticket Office from noon to 6 p.m., M-F from August 9 to August 11 and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. August 12 to August 19.

Switchfoot will also play the Indiana State Fair on August 20 and, on August 21, the band takes the stage at the Kentucky State Fair. Switchfoot is on tour to promote its latest release, "Learning to Breathe."
