NEW YORK, NY  [Friday Jul.16.2004]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- OutKast's Andre 3000 and Christina Aguilera are among the artists who have teamed with the nonpartisan organization Declare Yourself to create print and broadcast public service announcements (PSAs). The ads, which seek to encourage youth voting, launched earlier this week. Watch for Andre's and Christina's PSAs in magazines and over the airwaves during next few months.
