HOLLYWOOD, CA  [Monday Jun.28.2004]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- BET and Universal Music Enterprises will release the compilation CD, "BET Awards '04 Nominees," on Tuesday, June 29. The inaugural edition of the CD hits stores the same day as the 2004 BET Awards takes place at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, California. The special will air live on BET at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

"BET Awards '04 Nominees" will include more than a dozen hits from the past year from hip-hop and R&B stars. Some of the artists featured on the album include OutKast, Beyonce & Jay-Z, Janet Jackson, Mary J. Blige, Ludacris, Missy Elliott, Kanye West, R. Kelly and more.
