Recent rumors indicated the "Life for Rent" artist was house hunting in Los Angeles, California. It was said Dido planned a move to the US to enable her to concentrate more on the American market.

On her web site, the singer told fans that the reports are false. Dido wrote, "No, it's not true anyway. I got a bit of a surprise when I read that in the papers!"
