AUSTIN, TX  [Wednesday May.12.2004]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Sheryl Crow is joining the bill for the third annual Austin City Limits Festival September 17 – 19 in Austin, Texas. Over 130 acts will perform on eight stages. Other acts set to play include Ben Harper, Modest Mouse, Dashboard Confessional and Franz Ferdinand. The reunited Pixies will also perform.
