At Least 2 More for Outkast
Duo won't be breaking up anytime soon.

by Ellen Sawyer

Outkast
DETROIT, MI  [Friday Mar.5.2004]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Andre 3000 says that he and bandmate Big Boi will release "at least" two more albums together, relieving fans who fear the duo are splitting up. He said in a recent interview, "There'll be two more Outkast albums, but I'm willing to accept that no matter what I do next, it may not be as big as 'Hey Ya!' or 'Outkast'."

The comments came amid speculation that individual projects by Andre 3000 and Big Boi signal imminent breakup, which has been the subject of many rumors in the music industry. Likening the group to probably the most popular band of all time, he adds, "It's a growth thing. Paul McCartney and John Lennon never did anything as big as The Beatles but they still did some cool sh*t on their own."
