DETROIT, MI  [Tuesday Mar.2.2004]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Sheryl Crow will appear on the WB's "One Tree Hill" tonight, making her first-ever scripted television debut, performing her hit song "The First Cut is the Deepest."

"At a time when popular music seems mired in gimmicks and novelty, Sheryl Crow's longevity, integrity, and musical artistry is impressive," says the series' executive producer Mark Schwahn. "We feel incredibly fortunate that such an inspiring musician felt compelled to spend time on 'One Tree Hill.' The stage is always open to her at Karen's Cafe."

"One Tree Hill" airs at 9PM Eastern time.
