DETROIT, MI [Friday Feb.20.2004] /Mix103FM.com/ -- Dido will be shlepping across the Atlantic in May for a North American tour to support last fall's "Life for Rent."
"The title, and the song from which it's taken, represents how I feel about my life right now, and how I want to live it in the future," said Dido. "It's about not being afraid to take chances, or to live life to the full. It's so easy to slip into complacency, or to disengage from the world. This album works as a constant reminder to myself not to do that."
Dido is wisely touring the west first, giving the eastern half of the continent a chance to thaw out completely before her arrival.
