Evanescence Officially Selling Albums
Platinum Times Four

Evanescence
BURBANK, CA  [Thursday Feb.5.2004]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- "Fallen", the debut album from Evanescence, has been certified quadruple-platinum by the RIAA. That's four million copies, people.

The Arkansas natives have been the center of a bit of controversy after lead singer, Amy Lee's, candid remarks about their new guitarist's old band, Cold.

Evanescence are nominated for "Album of the Year" and "Best New Artist" Grammy awards. The awards show takes place in Los Angeles, California where it's warm in February.
