BURBANK, CA  [Thursday Jan.22.2004]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Next Saturday, Dido will be performing at France's annual NRJ music awards along with Madonna, Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue and Seal next. NRJ is a popular French radio network and they hold the awards to coincide with the MIDEM trade jamboree in Cannes.

The performances will be broadcast on French television and on the NRJ radio network.

The awards are based on a public vote, and around 50 artists will vie for 15 awards.

Shakira was the big winner last year with 900,000 votes while Las Ketchup won "international revelation of the year".

Apparently, "International" doesn't include the United States because I've never heard of Las Ketchup. Maybe it's just slow to come out.
