Dido Makes Unfounded Claim
Singer Illustrates Intense Ignorance Of Many

by Dean Cameron

Dido
[Wednesday Dec.31.2003]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Having nothing better to do than feel guilty and scared of living in the cushiest and healthiest of times in the history of humanity, singing sensation Dido fears she may die of cancer, after taking fluoride tablets as a child.

As a child, the singer was part of experimental treatments for her teeth. That radical experiment? Flouride pills.

And, like many in the west who are healthy and happy, Dido fears "side effects" from the treatment.

She says, "It's all natural, I promise, but it may come back to haunt me. I had radical treatment on my teeth from the age of three, an experimental fluoride pill.

"So while it worked wonders - I've never had a filling and they are always dazzling white - I'll probably die of cancer or something as a result."

Okay. Sure.
