BURBANK, CA  [Monday Dec.22.2003]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- John Mayer will move from heavier things to bluesier things December 28 and 29th in the Big Apple.

The singer/guitarist will join Buddy Guy and the late Stevie Ray Vaughn's backup band, Double Trouble, for two nights of blues mania at famed Irving Plaza.

The shows will be called "The Holiday Blues Revue" and will be followed up by an appearance on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" December 30.
