"Leaving Las Vegas" singer accompanied bicyclist Lance Armstrong on a trip from Paris where she had given a concert to Brussels, where she was scheduled to perform.

The cyclist joked to a reporter that he had ridden down the Champs-Elysees and that it seemed crowded. He was alluding to his last trip down the famed avenue which was closed to all traffic except for the Tour de France, which, in case you've been in a cave, he won.
