VANCOUVER, BC  [Thursday Dec.11.2003]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Though life has gotten easier for Canadian rockers, Nickelback, they don't plan on losing their heaviness. Frontman Chad Kroeger recently pointed out that three of the heaviest songs the band has ever recorded are on their most recent album, "The Long Road".

One of the things that gives the quartet happiness is that "The Long Road" is accepted by their fans as a rock record and not just a couple of singles surrounded by "filler", which is more often than not the case with albums.

One of the indulgences of success has been moving the studio to frontman Chad's home an hour outside of Vancouver where the next album, written entirely on the road, is being recorded.
