LOS ANGELES, CA  [Monday Nov.17.2003]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- To the disappointment of fans in some major venues, Staind has been taking a breather for the last few weeks... and will not perform at all in some previously scheduled cities. Due to singer Aaron Lewis's "throat polyps and severely swollen vocal cords," the eTracks group has postponed some performances and cancelled others, in order to give Lewis a chance to recover without permanent damage to his voice.

Two Los Angeles shows (11/5 and 11/6) were cancelled but combined into one show on 11/13. Other shows in the western US were cancelled outright, and upcoming cancelled shows include the Fargo, ND show scheduled for 11/17 and the Pittsburgh, PA show for 11/22. Refunds for the cancelled shows are available at the point of purchase.
