LONDON, UK  [Tuesday Nov.11.2003]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Recent MTV Europe Awards host and Best Female Artist winner Christina Aguilera is following doctor's orders, much to her UK fans' dismay. Her last two scheduled concerts (Monday, Nov. 10 in Newcastle and Tuesday, Nov. 11 in Manchester) were canceled due to Aguilera's case of acute bronchitis. Tickets for these two concerts are refundable at the point of purchase.

According to the NMC artist, Aguilera has been instructed by her physician not to perform for at least 10 days. The next stop on her extensive world tour, backing last year's "Stripped" album, is in Tokyo, on Dec. 1, giving Aguilera several weeks' "breathing room."
