NASHVILLE, TN  [Tuesday Oct.23.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Carrie Underwood told Entertainment Weekly that she knew her relationship with Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo was doomed, because he wouldn't put her above football in his life.

The couple's romance ended earlier this year when Romo was criticized for paying more attention to the relationship than to the game. Underwood says he isn't at a point in his life where he can sacrifice football for her, but the Cowboys are still her favorite team.
