LOS ANGELES, CA  [Friday Oct.5.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Minnesota singer-songwriter, Jennifer Armour, is trying to convince a federal appeals court in Lubbock, Texas, to revive her case against Beyonce. She still contends that Beyonce lifted lines and hooks from her song "Got a Little Bit of Love for You" and used them for "Baby Boy." Although her 2005 lawsuit was dropped because the songs were not found to be similar enough, Armour's lawyer says it should be reopened because "Decisions in such copyright cases are based on what the average listener hears and not scientists."
