The groups were upset because Beyonce reportedly refused to obey the country's strict dress code for performers. Unlike Gwen Stefani, who was able to design a less-revealing wardrobe for her Malaysian concert, Beyonce will instead perform in Jakarta, Indonesia, on that day.
