LOS ANGELES, CA  [Monday Oct.1.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Pamela Anderson's Blackberry is to blame for a fight that broke out between Kid Rock and Tommy Lee at this year's MTV Video Music Awards.

According to NME.com, Rock was very upset because Lee was reportedly sending him "inappropriate emails" on Pam's Blackberry. At one point during the show, he came back from the bathroom to find Lee in his seat. Moments later the brawl began, with Rock hitting the Motley Crue drummer twice before being broken apart by security.

Rock tells The Sun: "MTV put the three of us in a room probably hoping something would happen. I came back from the bathroom and the guy was sitting pretty much in my seat. That was it."

Since then, Tommy Lee has apologized to R&B star Alicia Keys, who was performing on stage when the fight happened.
