LOS ANGELES, CA  [Monday Sep.24.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- M.I.A. claims that she's being ripped off by Interscope labemate Fergie, but not without the help of record executive Jimmy Lovine.

The rapper insists that Lovine is stealing her sound and handing it over to The Black Eyed Peas star. She says, "When I heard (track) London Bridge, I told (Lovine), 'If I don't sell records and make money for you you're just going to make them with her anyway.'"

Lovine responded to M.I.A.'s accusation, saying "She's just an artist who inspires other artists."
