NEW YORK, NY  [Monday Sep.3.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Panic! at the Disco's Ryan Ross celebrated his 21st birthday at Angels and Kings, the New York City bar owned by Fall Out Boy, Gym Class Heroes, the Academy Is ..., and Cobra Starship.

Ross' girlfriend, Keltie Colleen planned the special night, hanging Ross' high school yearbook pictures from the ceiling, and making T-shirts featuring the guitarist at 12 years old holding a fish.

At midnight, Colleen was wheeled out in a wrapped box for the lucky birthday boy.

Gym Class Heroes' Travis McCoy, was at the event, as were Gabe Saporta and Ryland Blackinton of Cobra Starship.
