SYRACUSE, NY  [Friday Aug.31.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- A Projekt Revolution concert turned ugly when some fans watching My Chemical Romance got into a mini-melee.

According to Teenmusic.com, a dozen concert-goers at the State Fair Grandstand in Syracuse, NY were taken to the hospital after being injured during the brawl that broke out in the mosh pit at the front of the stage.

Two people sustained broken arms and one fan had a broken leg.
