LOS ANGELES, CA  [Friday Aug.24.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- R. Kelly has earned his 9th platinum release for his latest album "Double Up," securing his positon as top dog in Platinum and Gold certifications this month by the RIAA.

Troubled-tabloid honey Amy Winehouse has also received a Platinum certification for her album "Back To Black," Michael Buble did the same with "Call Me Irresponsible," and Fergie's album "The Dutchess" earned the star double-Platinum status.

Gold ceritifcations this month went to Fabolous, Hilary Duff, Plain White T's and The White Stripes.
