LOS ANGELES, CA [Wednesday Aug.22.2007] /Mix103FM.com/ -- The theme of Fall Out Boy's upcoming tour may seem oddly familiar to their fans.
The reason? FOB says the Young Wild Things tour was inspired by the childhood classic "Where The Wild Things Are" by Maurice Sendak.
Pete Wentz tells MTV, "Where The Wild Things Are is a great narrative. It encapsulates pretty much every FOB song ever written: You know, tantrums and monster islands and all. And it's kind of a takeoff on the idea of young wild things wearing Dior ankle-monitoring bracelets."
The tour kicks off October 18 in Columbus, OH and ends on December 2nd. Gym Class Heroes, Plain White T's and Cute Is What We Aim For join FOB as support. For more information, log on to FallOutBoy.com.
